Save and Load

I am trying to make the image captured to be able to save n load for editing. It will somehow looks like this.

So, after trying few tutorial on net, i am able to save the picture. To load it back, i might need web server. I think Apache web server will be appropriate to solve this problem.

And this is the example of what I have tried to do..

the screen capture of my trial..

left : live cam

right : saved image

the saved image will be save in index.php..in order to make it working properly, i need to install the server.
