This is my final layout. To maintain the simplicity and the theme, i am using just a simple vector graphic and black/white as my theme.

So, lets go through the design :

Instruction page..Click proceed to continue..

Capturing image page..Your image will be appear in the box.

Click on the image to change the effect.

Click on red button to capture your image.
